Welcome mercenaries, to our corporation. The Shadow of Solaris is looking for pilots to join our ranks. In order to enlist you must:

 

1. Be over the age of 15

2. Listen to the orders of your lance commander

3. Play Mechwarrior Online regularly

4. Contribute to your lance and the corporation

5. Be respectful to the employer, your fellow mercs, and the company you work with

6. Have a decent amount of Battletech knowledge

7. Understand how to build and effectively use a 'mech in the field

8. Own at least two mechs and have a moderate amount of experience piloting

9. Understand basic lance tactics

 

Any members that break these rules will have their contract terminated. 

 

In order to become a lance commander you must:

 

1. Play frequently (5-7 days a week)

2. Be very knowledgeable in Battletech

3. Understand how to efficently build and effectively use a 'mech

4. Have a high amount of experience piloting

5. Understand basic and advanced tactics

6. NEVER disrespect your fellow lance mates, your fellow mercs, your employer, or the company you work with

7. Be an asset to the corporation

 

You will become a lance commander if you meet the following prerequisites, request the promotion, and are approved by myself. If you break any of the rules you will be immediately demoted or your contract will be terminated.
